Shipping Policy

At House of Fariha™, every order is packed with love and care to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. We’re committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may also vary depending on courier partner, and external factors such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders — across India, for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases. All parcels are shipped via trusted delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. Shopify’s inbuilt system automatically updates your order status so you can track it anytime.

Secure Packaging

We take great care in securely packaging each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you find the parcel damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at [thegoldeninbox@gmail.com] or [9822823270]. We’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

 

Address & Contact Information

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

House of Fariha will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Change in Address or Pin Code

Once your order has been shipped, any request to change the delivery address or pin code may result in additional courier charges.

Such requests will be handled based on courier partner approval and service availability in the new area.

Missed Delivery & Re-shipment

Our logistics partners usually attempt delivery two to three times.

If you are unavailable or unable to receive the order during these attempts, the shipment will automatically be returned to us (RTO).  For re-shipping the same order, an additional charge of ₹250 will apply to cover return and re-dispatch costs.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at 9822823270  (10AM – 7PM) or email us at thegoldeninbox@gmail.com.

 Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.

Repeated COD order cancellations or failed deliveries may affect your future COD eligibility

Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete, or with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof, and we’ll be happy to resolve it promptly.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, House of Fariha™ will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or uncollected packages. However, we will gladly assist you in coordinating with the courier company to help resolve the issue.

Delays or Unforeseen Circumstances

We always aim for timely delivery. However, external factors such as courier delays, festive rush, or natural events may sometimes affect timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping will be announced soon as we expand our delivery network.
