Returns & Exchange Policy
At House of Fariha™, each piece is curated with great care, attention to detail, and quality assurance. We truly hope you love your purchase! However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help under the following terms:
Eligibility for Return
• You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping
• Customers are requested to ship the product back to our return address once the return is approved.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refund Process
• Once the returned product passes our quality check, a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon code (equal to the product value minus any applicable deductions).
• This coupon code can be used on future purchases and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• No direct bank or UPI refunds will be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at [thegoldeninbox@gmail.com or fill contact form], along with:
• Order number
• Product photo clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we will be happy to:
• Exchange the product for the same design (subject to stock availability), or
• Issue a store credit/coupon code of equal value, redeemable on your next purchase.
Please note that:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The final decision for approval rests with House of Fariha™ after reviewing your request and images.
No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for size, style, or personal preference. Each piece is made and packed carefully, and once sold, cannot be exchanged for another item.
Important Note
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• Products sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
• All coupon codes issued as refunds are non-transferable and non-refundable.
