 At House of Fariha™, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

To ensure smooth operations, order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped.

Once your order is shipped and tracking details have been shared, no cancellations or modifications can be made.

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [thegoldeninbox@gmail.com] with your order number within a few hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a store credit or refund coupon of the same amount for future use.

In case the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy, and shipping/reverse charges may apply.
